An executive consisting of thirteen members has been nominated and sworn in by Sisaala Development Network (SiDNet) to oversee the network’s operations for a two-year term.
The general manager for Pulung fm in Funsi, Haadi Bachang was appointed as the president with Muniru Ibrahim the general manager for Radio Mark in Wa as the vice president.
The newly appointed president, Haadi Bachang, expressed his sincere gratitude in his acceptance speech to the outgoing president and the whole executive board for their tremendous efforts in establishing the groundwork for the network’s expansion and prosperity.
According to the president, he is honoured to have been given the mantle. In order to guarantee that the Sisaala Development Network (SiDNet) keeps thriving and contributes significantly to the development of the Sisaala area, he promised to work hard.
Mr. Bachang mentioned that with the support of the executive board, they will prioritize engagement with SiDnet members, listen to their concerns, and harness ideas and expertise to inform their decision-making and programming.
‘‘We will also seek to build strategic partnerships with organizations and stakeholders who share our vision and values, amplifying our impact and expanding our reach’’ he said.
The former branch manager Akate farms Accra, charged the executives to unite in pursuit of a brighter future for the Sisaala community. Adding that the members should demonstrate their commitment to development, inclusivity, and social justice.
